Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 Tbsp. pepper
1 c. cubed ham
Preparation

Dice vegetables very small.
Place all ingredients, except ham, in 5-quart saucepan.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Add Cheese Sauce (recipe follows) and heat.
Do not boil.
