Strawberry Candies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. flaked coconut, finely ground
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, divided
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can green decorator's icing
Preparation

Combine milk, coconut, 1 package gelatin, almonds, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Shape mixture into strawberries.
Roll candies in remaining gelatin, coating thoroughly.
Let dry until firm. Make leaves with icing on top of candies.
Store in covered container.
Yields about 4 dozen.
