Wedding Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 soup can water
Preparation

Mix liquid ingredients.
Add chicken.
Melt 1 stick oleo in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Pour off oleo and add mixture.
Cover with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.
Pour melted oleo on top of cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle with poppy seed (optional).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
Great frozen; only add topping when ready to cook.
Thaw before baking.
