Amazin' Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat first 10 ingredients in large bowl for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently or beat by hand vigorously 300 times. Batter will be very thick.
Add last 3 ingredients.
Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove and cool.
