Winter Watermelon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (not pudding)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
20 chocolate wafer cookies, broken in pieces (not Oreo)

Preparation

Combine cake mix, Jell-O, sour cream, water, oil and eggs. Blend, then beat for 4 minutes.
Stir in crumbled cookies.
Pour into a greased and floured fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
