Tamale Pie Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 (15 oz.) can hot chili with beans
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped and drained
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
    1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, cornmeal and water; mix to form a soft dough.
    Press on the bottom and sides of a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Stir together chili, chili peppers, corn, olives, sour cream and onion.
    Pour over dough and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and top with grated cheese while hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
