4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold, cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order listed in large mixing bowl. Blend well.
Transfer to a deep, buttered dish or casserole.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until firm, about 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with ice cream or sweetened whipped cream.
