Curried Fruit And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice, chilled
1 orange, sliced and quartered
1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1 rib celery, thinly sliced
1/3 c. mayo
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
grated peel and juice of 1 lime
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Combine rice, orange, grapes and celery.
Combine mayo, yogurt, curry, lime peel and juice.
Stir dressing into salad. Fold in banana just before serving.
