Coffee Cake With Peach Filling - cooking recipe

2 cups diced fresh peaches
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix till crumbly: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Take out 1/2 cup for topping. Add eggs and milk to remaining mixture and beat. Spread in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Add filling. To remaining crumbs add brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
