Potato Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Wondra flour
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 lemon (juice and rind)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into quarters.
    Boil in water 3 to 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients (not lemon) together. Place with potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
    Drizzle more olive oil over top.
