Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sweet milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Soak bread crumbs in the milk; add salt, pepper, onion and eggs.
Add ground beef and pork, olives and celery; mix well. Shape into loaf in baking dish.
Pour mixture of butter, chili sauce and water over top of meat loaf.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
