Zucchini And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Cook in small amount of salted water until soft.
    Place in casserole.
    Combine milk, egg and cheese.
    Pour over zucchini. Dot with butter.
    Bake in a hot 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and the top nicely browned.
    Serves 4.
