Pumpkin Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
    Beat with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Stir in canned pumpkin, milk and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into the unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Cool and store in fridge until ready to serve.
    Top with whipped cream.
