Chicken And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 onion, peeled and diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Grease square baking dish.
Layer the potatoes, then chicken, then onion.
Combine the soup and milk.
Pour over the chicken. Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
Serves 4.
