Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, boiled until tender
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. pickle relish
    1 or 2 dill pickles, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 c. fat-free or reduced calories mayonnaise
    pepper rings
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well except bell pepper.
    Use bell pepper on top of salad to garnish.
