Chicken Eden Isle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices bacon
    1 jar dried beef
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    white rice
Preparation
    Line bottom of casserole dish with dried beef.
    Roll chicken breast in ball with bacon wrapped around it, use toothpick to hold. Mix with mixer:
    sour cream, cream cheese and soup; then pour over the top of chicken and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Sauce will thicken a little. Makes 4 servings or can be doubled for more servings.
