Fish Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Fish Fillets, sole or flounder
1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
10 Whole Wheat Crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
3 tbsp. Wheat Germ (optional)
Preparation

Arrange fillets in bottom of shallow baking dish. Cover fish with well drained spinach. Combine crackers, cheese and wheat germ (if used). Pour over fish and spinach.
Bake, uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 15-20 Min.
Serves 4.
