Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon, flaked
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Flake salmon in a mixing bowl.
    Put in eggs after beating well with rotary eggbeater.
    Add flour to mixture and stir until well mixed.
    Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk and add to salmon mixture.
    Drop from a spoon into hot fat.
    Cook until brown on each side.
