Deluxe Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless half breasts
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion flakes
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. melted margarine
Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

Preparation

Place halves in a shallow baking dish.
Blend together sour cream, onion flakes, lemon juice, salt and paprika.
Spoon over chicken breasts.
Cover with finely crumbled stuffing mix (don't overload).
Pour melted margarine over all.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 6.
