Casserole Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese, heated
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water; set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except flour.
    Mix well.
    Stir in yeast mixture. Gradually add flour, beating by hand, to form a stiff dough. Place in well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover; let rise for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Punch down; let rise again for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
