Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil but do not overcook potatoes.
    Cool and coarsely grate. Melt butter and cheese and stir in sour cream.
    Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 10.
