Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 pork chops
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. water
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Fry pork chops until brown.
    Set aside.
    Drain off fat.
    In skillet combine soup and water; return chops to skillet.
    Cover. Cook over low heat 15 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring often.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
