Scalloped Potatoes With Broccoli And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Place 1/2 of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Add 1/2 of the onion.
    Sift 1/2 of the flour; sprinkle half seasoning and add handful of broccoli.
    Repeat layers.
    Melt cheese with 1/2 cup milk and add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk.
    Pour over potatoes.
    If cheesier flavor is desired, add more cheese and place between layers of potatoes.
    (Optional:
    Sprinkle top with fine dry bread crumbs.)
    Bake covered 1 to 1 1/2 hours, then bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
