Beef Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 1/2 tsp. Wright's liquid smoke
5 Tbsp. Tender Quick
5 lb. venison hamburger or beef
Preparation

Mix well; set in refrigerator for 3 days.
Each day, stir for 5 minutes, trying to mix as well as you can.
