Dried Beef Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
3 oz. dried beef, snipped with scissors into small pieces
Preparation

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Combine with cottage cheese.
Add olives, onion and the sauces.
Mix well.
Shape into big ball.
Wrap in foil.
Refrigerate.
To serve, roll ball in rest of beef.
