Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. canned milk, scalded
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
