Fluffy Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. juice from crushed pineapple
1 well beaten egg
16 large marshmallows, quartered or 1 heaping c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. cream, whipped
vanilla wafers or plain baked pie crust
Preparation

Mix
flour,
sugar
and
salt.\tAdd pineapple juice and blend. Cook
over
low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add
a little hot mixture to beaten egg;
stir into remaining hot mixture.
Cook
until thick.
Add marshmallows;
stir and add pineapple.\tChill
1 hour, then fold in whipped cream and pour into
an 8-inch pie pan lined with vanilla wafers.\tChill or freeze.
