Turkey Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (regular or instant)
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    4 to 6 slices (2 c.) cooked turkey
    10 1/2 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. crushed rich Cheddar crackers
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to directions on the box.
    Add minced onions to boiling water.
    Fluff rice and spread in greased, 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with peas and cover with turkey.
    Blend soup and milk together and pour evenly over turkey. Combine crackers and butter and sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
