Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless chicken breast
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 can chicken broth
    margarine or oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    10 oz. Co-jack cheese, shredded (Colby and Monterey Jack, marbled)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add chicken.
    Let stand approximately 1/2 hour.
    Roll chicken in breadcrumbs.
    Brown in skillet using margarine or oil. Drain on paper towel.
    Once browned and drained, place chicken in casserole dish.
    Add cheese and broth.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serve with rice; enjoy.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
