Easy Skillet Macaroni And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef in skillet; remove from heat.
    Cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in meat fat until onion is soft. (If meat fat is not sufficient to prevent sticking, add Wesson corn oil.)
    Return meat to skillet.
    Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover; simmer for 25 minutes, or until macaroni is cooked to suit your taste.
    Serves 6.
