Easy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry shells, baked
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
    2 jars chicken gravy
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chicken in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pour off fat.
    Add gravy, lemon and vegetables.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Spoon into pastry shells.
    Serves 6.
