Low-Fat Cream Of Broccoli-Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. low-fat tub margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green onions
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
2 c. low-fat chicken broth
2 c. skim milk
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
4 c. cooked pasta or rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
salt and pepper
2 c. water
Preparation

In large saucepan, melt margarine and add onions, celery and mushrooms.
Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
