Cheese Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix onion, vegetables and water chestnuts in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt together 1/2 stick butter and Cheez Whiz.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Crush crackers and spread over vegetables.
    Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
