Chicken Kelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 eggs, mixed
    1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    Muenster cheese, shredded
    2 cubes chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, mix eggs and 1 teaspoon garlic salt. Add chicken cubes and let marinate at least two hours.
    Mix bread crumbs and remaining garlic salt in a brown bag.
    Add chicken and shake until chicken is thoroughly coated.
    (Note:
    It may be necessary to make more season mix.)
    Brown chicken in oil and drain on paper towel.
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add chicken, a layer of mushrooms and cover with cheese.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and pour over casserole dish.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
