Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend the first 4 ingredients together.
Add water and butter; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
May do in microwave.
Add vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream.
