County Line Fire Department Chili(Approximately 15 Gallon Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. ground beef
    3 bulbs garlic, chopped
    6 lb. onions, chopped
    9 bell peppers, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    10 oz. parsley flakes
    10 (29 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    10 cans tomatoes
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 (40 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 cans mushrooms
    chili powder to taste
    Season-All to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Then combine remaining ingredients. Cook for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
