Baked Rice Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add 1/2 cup converted rice.
Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
