Ingredients

48 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together except vanilla wafers.
Mixture will be thin.
Put wafer upside down in small muffin pans (line with small cupcake liners).
Add 1 tablespoon of mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
Cook.
Top with any flavor of pie filling.
