Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, cooked according to pkg.
2 cans cream-style corn
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 green pepper
1 c. celery
1 onion
1 jalapeno pepper
Preparation

Mix together rice, corn, cheese and sugar.
Cook green pepper, celery, onion and jalapeno pepper in margarine until tender.
Add cooked mixture to first mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
