Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken, slivered
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. Birds Eye farm fresh broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts, partially thawed
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute chicken and onion in oil until chicken is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
    Add broth, vegetables and soy sauce. Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover; remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork before serving. Recipe may be doubled or halved.
