Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place peaches in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle sugar and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together, then add beaten egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Pour the melted butter or margarine over the crumb mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until crusty and brown.
