Sunshine Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. egg whites
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cake flour
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Separate egg whites and yolks.
Reserve half of egg yolks. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks are formed.
Beat reserved egg yolks and add to the egg white mixture. Sift cake flour and sugar 3 times.
Fold flour/sugar mixture into egg whites by hand alternately with 1 cup of sugar.
