Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. cheese
Preparation
    In double boiler, melt butter and flour.
    Blend in milk.
    Add beaten egg yolks and cut up cheese.
    When well creamed, thickened and blended, add well beaten egg whites.
    Cover and cook 7 minutes.
    Never fails.
    Stays fluffy even for second helpings.
