Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can onion rings
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 10 minutes in salted water; drain.
    Combine oleo, soup, mushrooms and water chestnuts in a saucepan.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Place broccoli in a casserole dish.
    Pour soup mixture over broccoli.
    Top with onion rings and grated cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
