Creamy Scalloped Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 oz. jar chopped pimiento, drained
    4 c. sliced, peeled potatoes, 1/8-inch thick
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish. In medium bowl, combine sour cream, green onions, salt, pepper, soup and pimiento; mix well.
    In prepared baking dish, layer half of potatoes, sauce and cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover; continue baking 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
