Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in lard until particles are fine.
    Add water gradually.
    Form into a ball (1 inch round) and knead 5 minutes.
    Cover with towel and let rest 20 minutes.
