Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cocoa (not baking chocolate)
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well and bring to a boil the margarine, water and cocoa. Add to flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Add eggs, soda (just a pinch if using self-rising flour), buttermilk and vanilla.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) at 350\u00b0.
