Tempt-Me-Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
    5 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped toasted almonds
    cocoa
Preparation
    Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition.
    Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Chill several hours.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or addition powdered sugar.
    Chill.
    Makes 4 dozen.
