Oven Baked Pecan-Crusted Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c pecan pieces
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp ESSENCE SEASONING* (Recipe found in the Miscellaneous section
    2 large eggs
    1/4 c olive oil
    2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut lengthwise into strips
    chopped parsley, garnish
    Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce* (Recipe found in the sauce section)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a barge baking sheet.
