Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Prepare pie shell.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
